Because We Care

In today’s online shopping market, we believe transparency should be the highest regarded customer value. That’s why we’ve clearly outlined all of our store policies below. Feel free to reach out with questions.

Ownership

  • All lights are owned by Freedom Lights LLC.

  • If services are terminated or discontinued by either party, lights will remain owned by Freedom Lights LLC and no materials will be returned. 

Pricing & Payments
  • Pricing is subject to change based on market costs, inflation rate, and service changes/add-ons.

  • $500 minimum for first-time installation.

  • Payments are due on the installation date at appointment time through the online invoice (debit/credit) or cash.

  • Failure to meet the deadline is subject to immediate termination and storage of lights. 

Take-Down & Storage
  • All lights installed by Freedom Lights LLC include (and require) take-down and storage.

  • This will occur in January dependent on companies scheduling.

  • Lights will be stored at Freedom Lights KC for the following year. 

Materials

  • We want to ensure the best quality lights for your needs. We install only custom commercial grade lights purchased through Freedom Lights LLC. No homeowner lights. 

Replacements & Repairs
  • All lights purchased through Freedom Lights LLC come with free replacements and repairs due to weather and malfunctioning light bulbs to provide the best customer service.

  • Repairs are appointment based only on Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm. 

First Time Installation
  • Appointment-based only. Includes a timer outlet and repairs. Installation appointments are M-F 9:30 am - 4:30 pm October 17th through December 9th.

  • $500 minimum. 

  • Pre-paid customers are priority with installation appointments*
